InterVoip has an active fraud prevention system which automatically blocks accounts that are suspect of fraud, or are in tight connection with accounts that are suspect of fraud. In order to prevent this from happening, you should not use your credit card, moneybookers or paypal account to top-up your customers' account, use their accounts, or allow them to use their account on your computer. Instead, please only use the intended reseller credit transfer tools and vouchers to serve your customers. If you believe your account has been blocked without justification, please send and e-mail to paymentservice@betamax.com.

You will not receive an invoice by post. All call specifications and -costs can be seen on your account page on this website.
